Bremen - Torsten Frings contract at Werder Bremen will expire at the end of this season. Midfielders do not think 34-year contract extension, or search for a new club because it had planned to retire.

Frings so far has appeared in 392 Bundesliga matches in uniform Bremen, Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund. In the national team level, players born in this Würselen collected 79 caps with Germany.

Frings has no plans to continue his career as a professional footballer. He felt the end of this season is a good time to hanging up his boots.

"I will be 35 years. I do not want to go, that's enough," said Frings, the Norddeutscher Rundfunk.

However, Frings said this decision could change if Bremen really want it to survive. However, the opportunity to admit it was not too big.
